Spicy jalapenos and sharp cheddar baked into a crusty artisan loaf. The jalapenos give it a steady, medium heat that doesn't overwhelm, and the cheddar melts into the dough and crisps up on the crust. You get pockets of melted cheese when you tear into it. Makes great toast, even better grilled cheese. Available in regular or sourdough - the sourdough version adds a fermented tang that pairs well with the heat and cheese.

Handmade in small batches in Plant City, Florida. No preservatives. Best eaten within 3-4 days or slice and freeze for up to 3 months.
