Shipping Policy for Crushin' on Cookies

At Crushin' on Cookies, we're dedicated to delivering our gourmet, individually wrapped cookies fresh and delicious right to your door. We bake with love and ship with care to ensure your sweet treats arrive in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing:

  • All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Days:

  • To ensure maximum freshness, we ship orders Monday through Friday. We generally avoid shipping over the weekend to prevent your cookies from sitting in transit for extended periods.

3. Shipping Methods & Times:

  • We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days from the ship date.

  • Expedited Shipping: We may offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery 1-2 business days. Pricing for expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout.

  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and your delivery location.

5. Packaging for Freshness:

  • Our cookies are individually wrapped and carefully packaged in sturdy boxes to protect them during transit. While we take every precaution, minor shifting may occur.

6. Delivery & Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including apartment or suite numbers, to avoid delivery delays. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Undeliverable Packages & Returns:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will unfortunately be unable to re-ship or refund the order. Please double-check your address before confirming your purchase.

8. International Shipping:

  • At this time, Crushin' on Cookies only ships within the United States.

9. Local Pick-up 

  • We offer local pick up

    • Local pickup is available for orders in Plant City, FL

    • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

    • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup instructions and hours.
