Our Story

Crushin' on Cookies started over five years ago when Kelsie and her mom Cindy decided to see if they could make a stuffed cookie that actually held together. Turns out that takes a lot of trial and error — and a lot of eating your mistakes.

What began as late nights in a home kitchen eventually became a real business. They figured out the dough. They figured out the fillings. They figured out how to stuff a half-pound cookie without it falling apart in the oven. And once friends and family couldn't stop asking for more, they knew they were onto something.

Today, Crushin' on Cookies operates out of their own shop at 107 N Palmer St in downtown Plant City, Florida. Kelsie and Cindy still bake everything in small batches, still test new flavors constantly, and still argue about which one to add to the menu next.

What we're known for

Our oversized gourmet stuffed cookies are baked fresh and made from scratch — no preservatives, no shortcuts. Every cookie is about half a pound of real ingredients, real fillings, and real flavor. From classics like S'mores and Peanut Butter to rotating seasonal flavors, there's always something new to try.

We also recently launched a small-batch artisan bread line, with flavors like Jalapeño Cheddar and Cinnamon Raisin Swirl available in both classic and sourdough styles.
