We'll work quickly to understand the issue and make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund. We may ask for a photo of the issue to help us resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on cookies once they have been received.
Additionally, certain items cannot be returned:

Perishable Goods: This includes all cookies and baked goods.

Custom or Personalized Orders: Items made specifically for you cannot be returned.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Refunds (When Applicable)
In cases where a refund is approved (e.g., for damaged or incorrect orders), we will notify you once we've reviewed your request. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
