What Is a Stuffed Cookie? Everything You Want to Know
If you've never had one, a stuffed cookie is exactly what it sounds like: a thick cookie with a filling baked right into the middle. Break one open and there's a center of marshmallow fluff, cookie butter, peanut butter, or cream cheese frosting waiting inside.

What makes a stuffed cookie different from a regular cookie?
Size and the center. A regular cookie is dough all the way through. Ours are big, thick, and soft in the middle, and each one has a filling that stays gooey after baking. Most are topped too, with things like a toasted marshmallow, peanut butter cups, or crushed candy.
What flavors do you make?
Our boxes come with four cookies each. A few favorites:
- S'mores: graham cracker cookie stuffed with marshmallow fluff and melted milk chocolate, finished with a toasted marshmallow.
- Peanut Butter Butterfinger: peanut butter cookie with a creamy peanut butter center and crushed Butterfinger pieces.
- Cookie Butter: brown sugar cookie stuffed with Biscoff-style cookie butter and topped with Biscoff cookie chunks.
- Cinnamon Roll: cinnamon sugar cookie stuffed with cream cheese frosting and swirled with cinnamon.
- Cookies n' Cream: chocolate cookie stuffed with sweet cream filling and loaded with Oreo pieces.
- Cookie Monster: blue vanilla cookie stuffed with cookie dough and packed with chocolate chip cookies, Oreos, and chocolate chips.
The first four make up our Best Sellers Box. S'mores, Peanut Butter, Cookies n' Cream, and Cookie Monster make up the Chocolate Lovers Box.
How big are they?
Big. Each cookie weighs about half a pound, so a four-cookie box is roughly two pounds of cookie. They're thick enough to share, though nobody's going to make you.
How fresh are they when they arrive?
We bake every box after you order. Nothing is frozen ahead of time, and your box is packed the same day it ships. We bake during the week and don't ship right before weekends, so boxes aren't left sitting in transit. Most orders arrive in 3–4 days.
How should I store them?

Are there allergens?
Yes. Our kitchen handles tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy, so we can't promise any cookie is free of them. Our FAQ has more detail.
