This Week's Cookie Menu Is Here - 10 Flavors, All Handmade in Plant City

New week, new cookies. Here's what we're baking this week at the shop in Plant City.

We've got 10 flavors in the rotation right now, and a couple of them are ones people have been asking about for a while. The brownie pistachio is back and it's probably the most requested cookie we've had in months. Pistachio has been everywhere lately and we get it — the salty crunch against fudgy chocolate is hard to beat. If you haven't tried it yet, this is the week.

The cinnamon roll dulce de leche is a two-in-one situation. Cinnamon sugar dough with a dulce de leche caramel center. It started as two separate ideas and ended up better as one cookie. The cinnamon and caramel play off each other in a way that makes it taste like something you'd get at a really good brunch spot, except it's a cookie.

For the red velvet fans, we've got two options this week. The Red Velvet Oreo has crushed Oreo pieces folded into the dough. The Red Velvet Cream Cheese is stuffed with thick cream cheese frosting. Both are soft, cake-like, and very red. If you're building a cookie box for someone, throwing both in there makes a statement.

The S'mores cookie keeps coming back because people keep ordering it. Graham cracker base, chocolate chunks, and toasted marshmallow on top. We actually toast the marshmallow so it gets that campfire char. It's sticky and messy and exactly what you want it to be.

Pecan Pie is for the people who always pick pie over cake. Sticky caramelized pecans on a brown sugar cookie base. Tastes like Thanksgiving regardless of the month.

Carrot Cake Cream Cheese is the sleeper hit on the menu. Real shredded carrots, warm spices, tangy cream cheese center. People who order it for the first time always come back for it. It's the one you didn't think you wanted until you tried it.

The Cookie Monster cookie is blue, has candy eyes, and is loaded with chocolate chips. Kids go nuts for it. It's also one of the most photographed cookies we make, which makes sense because it looks ridiculous in the best way.

Brownie Peanut Butter rounds things out. Fudgy brownie cookie with peanut butter swirled in. If you like chocolate and peanut butter together, you don't need me to sell you on this one.

And the Nutella Oreo M&M is the everything cookie. Nutella in the dough, crushed Oreos throughout, M&M's on top. It's a lot, and that's the whole point.
