Cookies are still our thing. But we've been baking bread on the side for a while now, and it got to the point where enough people asked about it that we made it official.
We've got four flavors, and every one of them comes in your choice of regular or sourdough. All baked in small batches, no preservatives, just real ingredients.
The Everything Bagel Parmesan is probably the one that gets the most attention. Sesame, poppy seed, garlic, onion, and parmesan baked into the crust. The cheese crisps up on the outside and the everything seasoning hits you before you even tear into it. Toast a slice and put an egg on it and you've got breakfast handled.
The Jalapeno Cheddar is for people who want some heat. Sharp cheddar melted into the dough with jalapeno pieces throughout. The heat is there but it doesn't burn you out. This one makes a killer grilled cheese or just eaten by itself while it's still warm.
Cinnamon Raisin Swirl is the sweet option. Cinnamon sugar ribbons running through every slice with plump raisins folded in. Thick slices, toasted, with butter. That's all you need to do with it.
And then there's the Signature Artisan Loaf, which is just a really well-made plain loaf. Golden crust, soft and airy inside, good for literally everything. Soups, sandwiches, dipping in olive oil, or just eating a chunk of it standing in the kitchen.
The sourdough versions of all four have that deeper, tangier flavor and chewier texture. If you've never tried jalapeno cheddar sourdough, do yourself a favor.
